We provide four core health and wellness classes all designed to reduce stress, enhance muscle tone and improve flexibility:

  • Yogalates

  • Yoga

NOTE: Fitness studio or gym on site is not required. We can turn any space or outdoors into a workout zone.

We are incredibly proud of our fitness classes on offer to our clients. We offer a wide range of class options along with each fitness class we have a team of Dublin’s finest instructors!

Community Events

Our InHouse Health&Fitness Community Runs and Workshops are very popular services. What better way to take care of your residents health and well-being than bringing them for a run around the local area and upon returning stopping off for a coffee and a chat!

Or bringing them together via their interests to our Self Defence, Nutrition, Physiotherapy or Fitness Goals workshops.

Our events are great for residents to interact with one another, explore the local area and create a strong community!

Les Mills Virtual Classes

Do you want to offer your residents something extra? Does your residence have a gym studio with a screen?

Together with our partner Les Mills, we have a number of virtual workouts for your residents.

We create and manage a schedule of virtual classes for your residence and residents can even turn their desired class on themselves in their free time.
