Our Community Runs, Walks, and Workshops at InHouse Health&Fitness are among our most popular services. They’re a fantastic way to promote health, well-being, and community spirit among your residents.
Imagine taking your residents on a refreshing run or walk around the local area, then returning to enjoy coffee and conversation together. Or connecting them through shared interests in our workshops on Self-Defense, Nutrition, Physiotherapy, or Fitness Goals.
These events are perfect for helping residents interact, explore their surroundings, and build a strong, vibrant community!

Together with our partner Les Mills, we have a number of virtual workouts for your residents.
We create and manage a schedule of virtual classes for your residence and residents can even turn their desired class on themselves in their free time.
